End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA, Axium Tweaks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Windows tweaking utility solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not grant you ownership of the software.

2. Software Description

Axium Tweaks Windows tweaking utility includes various system optimization tools such as:

  • System debloat and cleanup features
  • Performance tweaks for GPU, CPU, RAM, and network
  • Startup program management
  • Backup and restore point creation
  • Hardware optimization for gaming performance

3. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the software on more devices than your license permits
  • Share your account credentials or license with others
  • Use the software for commercial purposes
  • Create derivative works based on the software
  • Attempt to bypass or circumvent license verification

4. Risk Acknowledgment

⚠️ IMPORTANT RISK DISCLOSURE

By using Axium Tweaks Windows tweaking utility, you explicitly acknowledge and accept the following risks:

  • System Changes: Modifications to Windows settings and system configurations
  • Data Loss: Potential data loss if restore points are not created or used properly
  • System Instability: Some tweaks may cause system instability or unexpected behavior
  • Windows Updates: Windows updates may reset or conflict with applied tweaks
  • Compatibility Issues: Some tweaks may not be compatible with all Windows versions or hardware configurations

5. Intellectual Property

Axium Tweaks and all related software, documentation, and materials are the exclusive property of Axium Tweaks. All rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Axium Tweaks.

6. Updates and Modifications

Axium Tweaks may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the software. These updates may be automatically installed and are subject to this EULA. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the software at any time without notice.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

The software may collect certain information including but not limited to:

  • Hardware identification (HWID) for license verification
  • Software usage statistics and performance data
  • Error reports and crash logs
  • Security-related information to prevent abuse

This data collection is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. AXIUM TWEAKS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AXIUM TWEAKS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SYSTEM INSTABILITY, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

12. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Axium Tweaks regarding the use of our software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
