1. Refund Policy Overview
Due to the digital nature of our Windows tweaking utility software, Axium Tweaks operates under a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
2. No Refunds Policy
IMPORTANT: As a digital software product, once the license key is delivered, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds for digital software purchases after delivery of the license key.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- User error or inability to use the software
- Compatibility issues with your system or Windows version
- System instability or issues resulting from improper use
- Windows updates that reset applied tweaks
- Performance improvements not meeting expectations
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- License key already activated or used
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In very rare cases, we may consider refunds only for:
- Technical issues on our end that prevent software delivery
- Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
- Fraudulent transactions (subject to investigation)
Such requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Monthly Subscriptions:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
Lifetime Licenses:
- Cannot be cancelled or refunded
- Valid for the lifetime of the software
- Subject to our Terms of Service
6. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, contact our support team through the Discord server link provided in the footer. Include your account email and reason for cancellation. We will process your cancellation within 24-48 hours.
7. Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider instead of contacting us directly will result in immediate termination of your account and permanent ban from our services. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues.
8. Service Interruptions
We strive to maintain reliable service, but temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Software updates and improvements
- Server issues or technical problems
These interruptions do not qualify for refunds, but we will work to restore service as quickly as possible.
9. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
